About Yogi K Lynn:
I received my bachelors of science in nutritional sciences from the FAU and holds a 200 hour registered yoga teacher Reike Healing Touch Level 2 Certifications. I'm committed to a life of learning as I'm always looking to deepen my practice, stretch, and breath. My passion for overall mind, body, and spirit wellness is evident throughout my Hatha style classes. A love for music and dance influences a dynamic flow to create a class that is full of energy and light. Focusing on the elements of the breath to synchronize the alignment of the body, by creating a fluid rhythm that allows students to deepen their practice and encourages all to “Go with the Flow”.
Private IN HOME lessons are available for those interested in working one-on-one. These one-hour sessions are a beneficial way to increase your understanding of yoga, your body and the relationship between your body, mind and yoga.
Private lessons are held in your home OR in outdoor area
